I’ve been thinking a lot recently about the word integrity. The quality of being whole and honest and holding strong moral principles.

I also see it as the ability to act on that, which you believe in.

We may have a million thoughts about what’s right and what’s wrong. But what to do we do when we are faced with the choice to act on those thoughts?

Do we let fear claw at us, creep up on us with the motive to see our pupils dilate, hearts pump faster, and bodies turn 180 degrees?

Or do we clothe ourselves with courage and bravery, put on our knight face, and charge forward to what’s against us?

Do we stand just as tall in the shadow of our actions as we do in light of our thoughts?
